Returns Policy:

We are unable to offer a return or a refund on our customised products. If an item is faulty due to Hunt & Hope Ltd, we will endeavour to repair it. Please contact the studio directly info@huntandhope.com


Prices and Payment Terms:

Prices charged shall be Hunt & Hope Ltd’s quoted price at the date of order. All quotations are valid for 6 weeks from the date of quotation. Hunt & Hope Ltd. is not VAT registered.

All bespoke orders require payment of a non-refundable deposit amount set out in Hunt & Hope Ltd’s pro forma invoice. Any subsequent changes will be confirmed in writing.

All online orders directly purchased from the website are payable in full before Production begins.

Payment must be made in pounds Sterling (£) and the payment method is BACS. Paypal is used for all of our International clients.


Timings:

The production of your order will start a) when payment is received or b) when all the details of the order (e.g. finish selection, client validation) are received, whichever is later.

A delay in receipt of payment in full or a deposit, or confirmation of specifications, will usually lead to a delay in the delivery date for your order.

Please allow up to18 weeks for all orders; there are multiple processes involved and it all takes time and everything is done by hand. Needlepoint rugs and Stockings can take up to 25 weeks.

There may be occasions when, due to events beyond our control, we are unable to complete the order within this quoted Lead time such as Acts of God or global Pandemics. If this occurs, we will keep you continually informed.


Delivery:

All International shipments are fully insured and delivered via DHL’s Express service. We use Parcelforce and DHL for all UK shipments.

All orders need to be unpacked and inspected immediately on delivery. Within 3 days of delivery please give Hunt & Hope Ltd notice, in writing, if any of the goods are not in accordance with the written order, damaged or defective. If an item is faulty due to Hunt & Hope Ltd, we will endeavour to repair it. Please be aware that the wools used by Hunt & Hope Ltd are a natural product and therefore colours may vary slightly. These natural differences in colour are not deemed to be a fault by Hunt & Hope Ltd.


Aftercare: 

Fading:

Like all fabrics, needlepoint will fade over time if it is exposed to direct sunlight.

Cleaning:

Wipe clean with a damp, non abrasive cloth and then use a dry cloth to remove any excess moisture.
